It is a fresh season for the cycling community as the Integrated Cycling Federation of the Philippines (PhilCycling) and the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) held an election of officers on 03 July 2012 at One Esplanade in Pasay City.
Lina Group Chair and sportsman, Mr. Bert Lina, gets a four-year term as PhilCycling chairman. As the new PhilCycling head, Lina envisions that "Philippine Cycling can become a major player in the international scene."
